Teams List content export issue

Hi,

1) Added Lists and created a tracking sheet from the template option in Teams. When exporting the tracking data into a file, the letters got garbled. Tried Language Change from the user settings, but the letters in the downloaded file still got garbled the same way in English and Japanese.
2) Export to CSV file works, but Export to Excel creates a file called Query.IQY format.

Any suggestions on this.
