Do you mind telling me the Outlook version you are using? I don't see Cromer D in MSFT contacts for some reason, so I cannot reach out to them.
Also, I didn’t check my outlook version(I not at my computer right now) but I’m using whatever the latest version is available off the portal.office.com website for office365
