Teams installation issue

Hello All

I am facing an issue where a user is unable to start Microsoft teams on their laptop, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. Here are the steps I have used to troubleshoot so far;

deleted files from the following location

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Teams %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\TeamsMeetingsAddin %AppData%\Microsoft\Teams %LocalAppData%\SquirrelTemp

I have also removed their credentials from the credential manager but no luck

Has anyone seen this before ?
