Teams Infinite Sign In Loop

The sign on part creates an infinite loop of passwords and phone codes, and then eventually locks you out until the next day because you sent too many phone codes.

No matter what you fill in, it won't let you sign in.

I have anxiety and depression, and the NHS service I'm using only uses Microsoft Teams for video conferencing. This is really annoying.

Windows and windows apps have been unacceptably crap since Windows 8. What is going on?
