The client version is 1415/25010620410.

How do I resolve this issue? Can I go back to a non Early Access version?

Same issue h ere, Teams icon has disapeared. I was unable to access Meeting Minutes the usual way via the Teams icon. Solution was to use Channels then I could see my Channels and meeting minutes. Have tried secveral suggestions but none worked. My main tech guy suggested the following:
OK, it looks like you have a machine/credentials issue. The steps in the following post seems to resolve the issue.
- Quit Teams, open task manager and end Teams background process, try rebooting your device and use the New Teams app again.
- Check to be sure your Team is not hidden and follow the steps in the link to unhide team/channel; https://support.microsoft.com/office/91a37043-acea-49b0-9dfc-aec37b2e92b8
- Clear the Teams App cache and delete the files for your device with steps in the link; https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-administration/clear-teams-cache
- Clear Microsoft Teams credentials on your windows device; Open the Control Panel app > select Credential Manager > Click Windows Credentials > Click the drop-down arrow for all Teams items under Common Credentials > Click Remove for each Microsoft Teams credential.
- Try using the web version as a work around on your desktop open a web browser (chrome/edge) and go to https://teams.microsoft.com/.
- Switch back to the classic Teams from the new Teams : Go to Settings and more at the upper-right of Teams. > Turn off the New Teams toggle.
