Microsoft decided to spam everyone with notifications. Not only in teams but in other products as well (Yammer, Copilot, etc.). For example, with Copilot, everytime I open a PowerPoint document there is a popup offerering useless stuff (like summaries of presentarions I know or I have made).
In Teams, almost notifications can be disabled. Except for the "Activity", which there is no way to disable it.
I hate notifications and applications that are designing to grab my attention, which is the case of Teams. I just want to do my work in my rythm. I don't want to be in a work environment were my attention is always required for different things and I can't complete anything.
