Teams guest and subsequent sharepoint online access
Hi All I am hoping someone can help me clear up my confusion. If I add a guest to a team what permission group do they fall into on the Sharepoint side? Example in Teams you have Owners, ...
For Members and guests in Teams they get added into <Site name> members group. The permissions do not distinguish between the 2.

But then what is the purpose of the (site name) visitors group in Sharepoint??
