Teams Group visibility

hello!

I'm in need of assistance regarding MS teams.

We have serveral Users using the "unlicensed" version of teams to communicate and share files with partners.

one of our users can't use any features. the user can view the groups she was invited to but can't access them. she is asked to sign in again and again, without any changes. if we asign the "comemrcial cloud" license, an error message apears. (An error has occured. A restart Button apears and a notification (If that doesn't help, logoff an on again) ) erveything without result.
