Teams Glitch
I have a student who cannot log into Teams for any of her classes (so it's not just my class that is the issue). She keeps getting the following message: There is a glitch. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please sign in again
- Yes this does crop up now and then. This article https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_o365admin-mso_teams-mso_o365b/teams-crashes-with-glitch-error-for-one-users-only/3b222364-8df5-4f20-bd72-549bc6210009?auth=1 provides a potential solution
Hi, please can you ask your student to try logging into Teams using the web client via browser as opposed to the desktop app. She can do this by browsing to https://teams.microsoft.com. If it works OK here, then there are some steps we can take to advise her how to troubleshoot the desktop version.
