Drr78 I appreciate it's not wise to include specific addresses here on a public forum, but I can't work out where this email is going from or to, but there are some mailhosts at emaildomain.co.uk that are missing SPF, and route stuff on to .hostedemail.com.

If she's using a custom email domain perhaps your service has been designated to have poor reputation hence being junked.
