Teams free not working on android but on pc working. '(microsoft teams) is disabled'

Hi! We use Teams free in the company. Most users have no trouble logging in. But all newly created accounts have a problem logging into the mobile application. There were problems before that it was possible to log in only by clicking an invitation and redirecting to applications, now even it does not work and we get this error:

AADSTS7000112: Application '1fec8e78-bce4-6aaf-ab1b-5451cc387264'(Microsoft Teams) is disabled.
Settings for old and new accounts are identical ...
