Teams Free - Organiser does not get the invitation

Hi to all,   I am using the Teams Exploratory License for my organisation. Our e-mails reside on a non-microsoft server.   When I create a new meeting and send the invitation(s), the invited use...

Add your other account to the attendee list.

It is the same.

I login with employee@company.com and if the same address is in the attendee list, it does not get an invite but the other attendees (not organizer), yes
