Teams for Personal Device Concern

Hello, 

I have been identified as the point person for our Team rollout for my building.  I am pretty comfortable with the technology but still have a question around personal devices. I have many staff members who have downloaded the app and are concerned it will use their personal device number rather than the Teams number supplied by our district. Is there any way for there personal number to be shared while using their personal device?  Thanks!
