Teams for Education due dates on assignments do not match student's Teams app

There seems to be a confusion between my desktop app and my student's mobile app: their due dates do not match what I posted on my desktop. I don't know what else to do. Is there a way to set a calendar for the team to remind them of the correct due dates? I posted this issue on this page before and received no responses...
