Teams "Files" OneDrive Addon

Greetings, we find the OneDrive connection in Teams to be really useful, but appears to be missing one option for files, which is the Share option, we can "get link" but through OneDrive app/page you can actually "share" and create a link that doesn't require authentication. Am I missing something or this is just the current state and maybe being looked at? Thanks

    Just watched Teams onair from today and Mark Kashman just confirmed that soon all the file experiences in Teams will match Sharepoint and OneDrive! Yay can’t wait!

    +1. I think I seen someone mention they were looking to add the unified sharing experience to teams. It’s sorley needed. OneDrive and channel files tab need the share button.
