Teams fails to launch - chrome browser console error Navigation to external protocol blocked by sand

Here is my chrome browser [Version 104.0.5083.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) ]

Navigation to external protocol blocked by sandbox, because it doesn't contain any of: 'allow-top-navigation-to-custom-protocols', 'allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation', 'allow-top-navigation', or 'allow-popups'. when I click on Teams from inside web outlook email or from a  https://outlook.office365.com/calendar meeting invite 

 

This used to work until a few days ago
