Teams Event Pre-Live Slide

I've hosted a number of MS Teams Live Events with multiple presenters. However one feature I can't find is the ability to display a slide before we press Start. This requires every presenter to join early enough to get their ducks in a row and be quiet at least five minutes before the start time. 

How can I display a cover slide for early attendees while the presenters discuss their plan?
