Teams error "We ran into a problem. Reconnecting..."
My problem was sorted out when I changed my network provider. Initially I suspected the teams setup, then teams cache, poor network issues etc. I raised multiple incidents to the infra team in my org. However, once they asked me to connect to my mobile network. And that point of time, I realized that when my laptop is connected to my mobile network, MS Teams works fine. Then I complained to my ISP. They also observed the same. But could not resolve the issue. So ultimately I changed my network provider. And since last August I have never faced this issue. I guess, the bandwidth was the issue. Not sure if it may help you. But you can try connecting to other network to verify whether it works.

priyankak8 Thanks a lot for your message and tips! it saves me some valuable time in finding what's going on.. i will try to connect to another network and see. I did not have issues until today ( after using teams for quite sometime now) so i will check with the network provider .. have a nice day!
