• Check if there is any Windows update
• Can this be reproduced when this Users can login to another computer? If yes then
• Please clear cache profile using registry Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity (expand it and delete all identities which you can see User's O365 email address)
Restart and it worked for us
