Teams drops call when connected to voicemail
When one of my users attempts to call anyone via the Teams app on iOS, and the person on the other end doesn't answer, the moment the call is transferred to voicemail, the user cannot leave a message as the call immediately disconnects. This is only happening to one user and only on iOS version of Teams.
- I think this is due to the settings the person you are calling. If they have said of the option to do voicemail.
Paul_Keijzers No, it's every person she calls. We uninstalled and reinstalled Teams on her iPhone and it resolved the issue. Thanks for your response 🙂
