Teams Direct routing - no BYE message from Teams

BTW, the SBC was on release 8.1.3 in this scenario.

- Telephon78Jun 23, 2022Copper ContributorAlessandro_Gloria did you manage to fix this. We are also experiencing the same problem where the BYE does not appear to be received by the Avaya SBC. Teams ends the call but it stays open through the mobile phone.

Telephon78 Check your firewall to ensure it's accepting connections on the TLS port you've set up on your SBC and specified in the Direct Routing configuration.
If you're not receiving information on this port, it may be the cause of the issue. Microsoft is sending the BYE but your firewall or SBC is rejecting it.
