Teams Desktop app on Citrix VDI not sending messages but works using webapps in VDI
I have Microsoft Teams which works on Windows 10 but not on Windows 10 Citrix VDI. It works fine if I use the webapps. On Desktop app, I can see the notifications & can receive message but sending messages doesn't work. I see it stays as sending as attached.
Tried the following:
1. Closed Microsoft office & renamed the team folder in roaming as well as local profile. I can see new teams files populating & can login. Outlook is O365.

balajib84 Hello, I have no experience working with Teams for VDI so I'm just gonna link to the MS docs https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-for-vdi perhaps something there will guide you in the right direction.
