Teams Desktop App erlaubt keine Nutzung mit privatem Konto

Ich hatte bis heute das gleiche Problem (jeweils privater und geschäftlicher Account unter derselben Mailadresse) und habe es wie folgt lösen können:

Die lokale Teams-App muss deinstalliert und neu installiert werden. Ich habe dafür den Downlod-Link links unten in der Web-Version von Teams genutzt (teams.live.com).

Nach der Installation (unter Windows 11) habe ich neuerdings zwei Teams-Icons - eines mit weißem Hintergrund für private Teams-Accounts und eines mit violettem Hintergrund für Business-Accounts.
Damit war dann jeweils das Anmelden möglich.

I have the same problem with teams for Mac. Neither the "teams classic" nor the "new teams app" works with my personal 365 account. Isn't there any app anymore, to use teams on mac with personal accounts?

    Have the same problem. MS mentions the availability of Teams in my MS 365 profile but in fact I can't use the service. No specific Teams for private users available. And the new Teams does not allow the use of private accounts. Misinformation and bad service!
