Teams Delegates
Hi All, Is there a way to setup delegates only for PSTN calls , not for teams to teams calls ? Thanks

Unfortunately all the calls will be delegated. Microsoft Teams cannot support Teams Internal Calls vs PSTN Calls at the moment.

I have just tested calls delegated to other team members. Only PSTN incoming calls are delegated. Incoming calls from internal users are not delegated. Is this a new behaviour as this is contrary to Satish's statement above.
