Teams contact shows blocked but is not blocked.
I have a user that one of his contacts is showing blocked. The "blocked" user is not actually blocked. The user is able to have conversations with the contact that is showing blocked.
How do I make the contact now show as being blocked?

- Could possibly be a cache issue. How does it look using a browser?
