Teams Communication API

Hi,

I'm hoping to use the communications API to make calls through teams and download my companies call data.

I think this is the correct method for making calls:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/application-post-calls?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http

We subscribe to voice, it's not clear if you can dial an external number using this method i.e. 01434 786543

I also can't see a simple method to download the organization call list?
