So you're looking for the kind of data that was previously available as part of the User sessions feature in SfBO? There's no direct replacement for Teams, but at least anything call-related is now covered via the Graph API /callrecords endpoint: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/callrecords-api-overview?view=graph-rest-1.0
Wick_man11 has administrator you can go here https://compliance.microsoft.com/auditlogsearch and then select Teams in activity to view somes of logs. You have also in the https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/users/ Yiu click on the user and then you see call history.
