Teams channels for internal use in our team

Please i need your help on this issue.

We at Kompetensnätverk Stockholm use Teams channels for internal use in our team and with contractors that runs networks with their members.

Each network also have their own Teams channel for the members and during the latest weeks channels have suddenly dissapeared.

And then they come back suddenly but we never know when.

And the tab "Files" also just vanishes for some of our contractors sometimes and then pops back in the channel.

Whats's going on? Teams have been very shaky lately.
