Teams cannot be open from pc but can be open on phone
Hi.
I can open teams on my mobile phone but when I try to go on my computer, it can’t be open. It goes like checking credentials, loop a several times and after that said you can’t be sign in. I’ve tried to uninstall teams and re install it, clear cache and restarted computer but did not work. Teams on phone is working just fine. Please assist.

Adamadam deltinger Nope. It's still the same error. Can't sign you in.
I was able to use outlook and everything just fine with the same email address. Only teams is giving me problem.
- Please try to open a private browser session and login from there.
