Teams Calls going direct to Voicemail

Hi,
we had the same problem yesterday. Our tenant was missing some CNAME- and SRV-entries for Skype for Business (yes, not Teams) for some of our domains. It was also necessary to make these entries for domains, which are registered in our tenant, but not used by any user.
You can find the needed entries, when you go to "Settings" > "Domains" in the Microsoft 365 admin center, select the appropriate domain > DNS records > Manage DNS > Continue > Advanced Options > Activate "Skype for Business".
After these entries were made, we also had to set the "Coexistence mode" to "Teams only". You can find this setting in the Teams admin center > Teams > Teams upgrade settings.
It took approximately 30 minutes for the changes to take effect.
