We use a firewall bypass for access to O365 from Office and in general this works well. However, we continue to see ongoing intermittent performance issues on Teams calls from Surface Pro devices - can happen from both Office and Home. Not sure if it affects all models - still gathering info on whether it is specifc model numbers only or all models - definitely impacts models 1796 256GB 05xxxxxxxxxx . We have been providing diagnostic information to MS for several months but still not isolated the issue. Are your issues across multiple device types?
