    Hi markjorissen,

let me try to answer your questions:

    • The default retention period for call history in Teams is 30 days. This represents the maximum duration administrators can access users' call history within their organization.

However, call history for "normal" users is visible for a shorter period, that is 10 days.

    • Presently, there is no option for users or administrators to modify the retention period of call history. This setting is predefined in Teams and cannot be adjusted at this time.

    • The macOS Teams client, version 23247.720.2421.8365, does not have built-in settings for call history duration adjustment. Microsoft Teams doesn't offer an option to modify the default retention period for call history.
