Teams call controls on jabra headset not working

I found a solution for my Jabra Speak 510 where the controls and LEDs did not work for teams on USB - Bluetooth worked.
Change the Driver to "Jabra SPEAK 510 (Sound Research)" to "Jabra SPEAK 510 USB (Sound Research)" by selecting available drivers.
No everything is fine again. Seems to be that Windows selected the wrong driver after updating to 20H2...
libby2cm how and where do I submit a ticket? i have the Sennheiser/EPOS Adapt 360 headset with the certified MS Teams dongle. It has stopped working after about 1 month of flawless use. I have been in contact with EPOS but we have found nothing wrong with the headset hardware.
Also, do i need to contact my IT support re: "Island mode"?

Hi Lorie_Burmood, I am just a struggling user as well, but as far as I know, only the admin of the Teams/office365 can submit a ticket on that. As I was told, there is an admin page in the Teams settings (it is only visible if you are the admin) and there the admin can file a ticket.

I have same issue with Jabra Speak 750 Speaker Phone - Microsoft Teams Certified Portable Conference Speaker . The mute control does not work with team, means if you mute on speakers, the speaker mutes but team conf call shows as unmuted and vice versa . I raised a support ticket with Team and below was the response
