In my case (Jabra Evolve2 65 connected via Jabra Link 380 USB-C to MacBookPro) after receiving a Teams call the headphones stay suspended in red mode and automatically disconnect the next incoming call. This is very frustrating...
However, I found that if I make a test call in Teams (by simply clicking the call button, not the call itself), the headphones go back to normal.
Inconvenient, but it works.
