Teams Auto Answer When on a Call
Hi daveabbley,
Microsoft Teams currently doen't have a built-in auto-answer feature.
However, there are reported cases of Teams calls being automatically answered, often associated with specific headsets, particularly Jabra and Plantronics (now Poly).
The problem seems to come from certain headsets having their own auto-answer functionality.
To resolve this, users can check and disable this feature through the headset settings.
Additionally, checking for firmware updates for the headset could potentially address the issue.It is recommended to review the headset settings or reach out to the headset manufacturer's customer support for further guidance.
