Teams Assignment Export in Excel not showing all columns

When teachers Export to Excel from a TEAMS Assignment, it appears to only be populating the student's email as an identifier in the spreadsheet...the first two columns on the export are showing First Name and Last Name but the columns are empty...thoughts on how to get this to populate?
