Teams apps link missing in Teams admin center

I've yet to see this link appear in my own tenant - is it a rollout issue ? Working with Support on this but seem to be getting nowhere

    Are you on a gov cloud or something? Can you screenshot what tabs etc you have? Are you global admin?

      Hi Chris,

       

      Private, standard tenant in which I'm Global Admin. Have tried other GA accounts in the tenant and various browsers

        I see the link in 2 tenants that I'm a GA in.
