Teams Approvals Limitations

I am implementing a custom approval process via Teams Approval in Power Automate, I had a few questions on the limitations that I may face going forward.

  1. What is the maximum number of approval requests that can be raised in a month/year?
  2. Can we attach a specific file as attachment or link that has been created in another folder in the request?
  3. Access requirements for the user to create the the power automate flow and post adaptive cards in teams channel

    Hi!
    I'm not aware of any limits in regards of Teams Approvals:
    1. I think there is not such a limit since Approvals are happening inside Teams
    2. You can do both things
    3. Not sure If I understand your question
