Teams App won't launch OneNote

Hey all,

This is my first post in the Microsoft Tech Community, so I hope it is in the right place. My school is using Microsoft Teams and when using the App, links to YouTube won't open and the option to 'Open in OneNote' don't seem to launch anything. Any pointers for the newly initiated?
