Teams app, account recognised as a school but not

Hi there, URGENT help please.

First time poster, my email login recognises that I'm a school (which I'm not) and to follow that process, yet that process says I need a login email from the school.

How can I change this to accept me as an individual?

Is there any other way I can set this up?

I tried an alternative email address which also did the same.

I need this fixed so I can utilise the app in 14 hours time.
