Teams Anmeldung

Question

Hallo,&nbsp;wir möchten uns gerne am kostenlosen MS-Teams teilnehmen. Leider können wir uns nicht anmelden, da immer die Meldung "Jemand hat bereits Teams für Ihre Organisation eingerichtet". Leider wissen wir nicht wer dies eingerichtet hat. Wie kann ich denn dies herausfinden ? Bzw. kann man dies bei Microsoft zurück setzen lassen ?Vielen Dank für Infos.Dieter&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi&nbsp;Wolf-Dieter_Mirz&nbsp;&nbsp;I would recommend you to reach out to 18008659408 to check who is the Administrator for your Tenant. Microsoft Support Team would be able to assist you to located the Global Admin or Office 365 Admin for your Tenant who had set-up the same.&nbsp;With Regards,Satish Upadhyaya&nbsp;&nbsp;

RealTime_M365&nbsp;Thank you for the answer. I have the same issue as OP.I am based in Switzerland and called the appropriate number here. They will not help but refer us to this forum. Here I have seen the same issue many times and yet unanswered.Can you advice on how to reset the team organisation?&nbsp;Thank you in advance.
