I would recommend you to reach out to 18008659408 to check who is the Administrator for your Tenant. Microsoft Support Team would be able to assist you to located the Global Admin or Office 365 Admin for your Tenant who had set-up the same.

Thank you for the answer. I have the same issue as OP.
I am based in Switzerland and called the appropriate number here. They will not help but refer us to this forum. Here I have seen the same issue many times and yet unanswered.
Can you advice on how to reset the team organisation?

Here is the quick thing you can ask the Office Support to do. As per the compliance from the Microsoft Office Support Team cannot inform you what is the contact number or the Email Address of the Office 365 Admin for the specific.
You can ask the Office 365 Representative to at least provide you with the First Name and Last Name of the Office 365 Admin and they should be able to share the same to you. Since you are part of the same organization you should be able to pull the details from the Corporate Address Book.
This should definitely help you to gather information. In case you have a dedicated IT Team they should definitely know the Office 365 Admin for the organization.
