This feature will start to roll out end of March and should be completed by the end of April. You should find more information in Message Center in Office 365 Admin Portal.

ChrisWebbTech Can Skype User join a teams meeting using this feature. Sometimes users are having issues with Teams audio and skype audio seems to be working fine in those scenarios. Thanks
- They can join teams meetings today but they will not be able to join the meeting with Skype client.
ChrisWebbTech One more question when external users join a meeting and you post documents in chat they are unable to access those or they are not able to post documents. Is that normal does only screenshare work with external users?
