Teams Admin Centre - Enable Students?

Hi Folks,   In the old Office 365 Admin Centre I enable Teams for students by going to Settings > Services & add-ins > Microsoft Teams > Settings by user/license type, change to Education - Student...

    CMSCMSCMS I've been told elsewhere that for the moment it can only be enabled in the old admin centre, and can then take up to 24 hours to take effect.
