Teams Admin - Call Queue Call Answer - Cannot select Team 'Channel'

Hi,

 

I am trying to assign a 'Team' in my call queue - call answer section in Teams Admin.

I can search for the 'Team' ok and select it, but in the next section - 'select channel' none of the channels of the team appear.

 

Any tips?

    I think you might already knew it but only the standard channels will be shown there so no private channel can be view, as soon as you select the team, the next option will show you the standard channels only,

    is new call queue or trying to add to an existing one?

      Thanks for your reply, however i cannot see any channels, even standard ones. Yes it is an existing Team
