Teams Adds Explicit Consent for Recorded Meetings

- I just rolled this out and have the issue with guest accounts. Essentially you have to be M365 federated to unmute if the consent pops up. I read in the comments in a Tony Redmond post that a MS engineer said this was expected functionality. A great enhancement that’s going to get overshadowed by the fact guests can’t unmute..
Does anyone know, if this restriction is documented somewhere?
Maybe this behavior is due to a restriction of the Attendance report, so Attendance report cannot contain information about anonymous users?
