Teams Addin Issue

Question

Dears,We have many users with Office 2013/2016, recently after Teams updated automatic, they lose the add-in in their Outlook desktop app.We checked&nbsp;1.0.22147.1 is the last version this Add-in can work, we have to :Remove the folder: %localappdata%\Microsoft\TeamsMeetingAddin\{last version}Rename&nbsp;1.0.22147.1 folder to {last version}Restart Outlook this works, but this is boring that each time Teams updates we need to do this for hundreds of users.Anyone has any idea about this? Thanks.

Thank you Christian, I've checked all the steps, and doesn't work.
The problem is old Office2013/2016 has only security update and no more function update, so I am wondering it's not compatible with new version of add-ins.

Thank you, but unfortunately... doesn't work.Let me say, I've tested everything I can search in the cyber world.That's why I am wondering it's a problem of Office 2013/2016.
