Teams 3rd party meeting on Surface Hub - Intune management

We have been changing the Teams setting to allow 3rd party meetings directly in Teams (Zoom and WebEx) on the Surface Hubs directly. I find that a day or two later, the setting has turned off again.

Is there a way to use Intune to enforce this setting on a Microsoft Surface Hub?

Is there any reason for this setting not to stay enabled?

I find information about creating an XML file that can be used with Skype on regular Windows 10 devices / room devices but don't see that this works on a Surface Hub or can be delivered through Intune.
