Teams- workflow issue
Hi,
I resending a question - my problem, that I originally posted on community answer, but I was advised to publish here.
Problem is related with work account, so maybe it is connected with company restriction and/or practice.
I am absolutely not familiar with workflows in MS Teams. Anyhow I tried prepare workflow of type: when planner task is completed send an email and update page content in One Note (just append record about completed task).
The first problem (maybe originator of second problem) is that it takes a few minutes before I receive the email and the ONE Note is updated. Anyhow "official" or measured duration of flow is only about 3 seconds.
The second fundamental problem is that if I complete more tasks in a short time (several ten seconds), the respective flow will fail in processing of its second run (and every subsequent ones) First run is succeeded and others failed.
Reason of failing is "User account has experienced to many simultaneous requests for this same location " - something like this
Interesting is that in run history each flow run have this same trigger time (hour, minute and second)
In one case, the run that was started first (succeeded one) was even listed as the second in order (with this same time as I already mentioned).
Emails are received without problem and always in correct order.
So, really it seems that all flows are triggered in one time with delay about 5 - 15 minutes. For email no problem but it is problem for one note (it is teams one note notebook)
How can I fix this issue.
