Teams - Unable to access account.

I've downloaded the Teams App to my Mac but on trying to access it it keeps telling me "Someone has already set up Teams in your organisation".

Is this because I'm using an @sky.com email address.

My organisation can see I have an account and have sent me a message via it but I'm unable to access the message.

How can I access Teams.

Yes, that is correct - the @sky.com domain was the likely cause. It means there is already a tenant setup and using the @sky.com domain. This would probably be Sky itself.

    You would either
1.) Log into Teams with your corporate address (I.e. username@yourcomapnydomain.com) if you are using a paid version of teams (I.e. Office 365)
2.) Log into Teams with a email address such as hotmail.com, outlook.com or gmail.com) if you have signed up for the Free version of Teams

    Hope that makes sense

    Best, Chris
